2. Data processed

a) Navigation data and technical data

I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento del sito acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati tecnici la cui trasmissione è implicita nell'uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet (ad esempio indirizzo IP, tipo di browser e dispositivo, pagine visitate, data e ora della richiesta). Questi dati sono utilizzati per consentire la corretta erogazione del sito e per la sua sicurezza.

b) Data provided by the demo or contact form

The form on the site collects the data you voluntarily enter: name, surname, email, company name, international prefix and telephone number/WhatsApp.

c) Data collected through cookies and similar technologies

d) Demo booking

The booking of the appointment is via an external calendar embedded in the pages of the site, which collects the data necessary to fix the meeting (name, email, date and time chosen).

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

• Delivery and security of the site (technical data and necessary cookies) — legitimate interest of the Data Controller to provide a functioning and secure site, art. 6.1.f GDPR; for technical cookies consent is not required.
• Demo or contact request management: reply to the request, contacted by a commercial contact person Plesh Tech S.r.l., sending the necessary email communications to the management of the request (confirm, reminder, organization of the demo) — execution of pre-contractual measures required by the data subject, art. 6.1.b GDPR.
• Analytics (measure of the use of the site) — consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR.
• Marketing and measurement of advertising campaigns (including retargeting and conversion tracking) — consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR.
• Legal defence and legal obligations — legal obligation and legitimate interest, Articles 6.1.c and 6.1.f GDPR.

The provision of the form data is optional, but necessary to manage the demo request: in the absence it is not possible to contact you.

Any promotional communications not linked to the demo request are sent only on the basis of a specific, separate and always revoked consent.

RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The data can be processed by the authorized personnel of the Data Controller and by suppliers acting as data processors or autonomous owners, in particular:

• hosting and site distribution provider;
• Brief (Sendinblue) — form management, contact database and emails related to the request;
• Google (Google Tag Manager) — management of tags and analytics, after consent;
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — measurement and optimization of campaigns, after consent;
• appointment booking tool used for the demo calendar;
• consultants and professionals, competent authorities in cases provided for by law.

The data is not disclosed or sold to third parties.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Alcuni dei fornitori indicati (in particolare Google e Meta) possono trattare dati anche al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo, in special modo negli Stati Uniti. In tali casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle garanzie previste dal Capo V del GDPR (decisioni di adeguatezza, tra cui l'EU-US Data Privacy Framework, e/o Clausole Contrattuali Standard adottate dalla Commissione europea). 6. Retention periods.

• Data of the request for demo/contact: kept for the time necessary to manage the request and subsequent related business contacts, and subsequently for the applicable legal terms.
• Data processed on the basis of consent (analytics, marketing): until the withdrawal of consent or the expiry of cookies indicated in Cookie Policy.
• Technical logs: for the time necessary to the safety and diagnostic of the site.

The timely retention periods defined by the Data Controller for each category will be indicated in this section.

7. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, opposition to the processing based on the legitimate interest and revocation of the consent (which does not prejudice the lawfulness of the processing carried out before revocation).
